   8          +o     - Designates this client is an IRC Operator.
   9                   Use the /oper command to attain this.
  10          +i     - Designates this client 'invisible'.
  11        ? +h     - Has a cloaked host. May be +x depending on cloaking module
  12          +g     - "caller id" mode only allow accept clients to message you
  13          +w     - Can see oper wallops.
  14          +D     - Deaf - ignores all channel messages.
  15          +Q     - Prevents you from being affected by channel forwarding.
  16          +R     - Prevents unidentified users that you have not accepted from
  17                   messaging you.
  18          +Z     - Is connected via SSL (cannot be set or unset).
