   8          +o     - Designates this client is an IRC Operator.
   9                   Use the /oper command to attain this.
  10          +i     - Designates this client 'invisible'.
  11        ? +h     - Has a cloaked host. May be +x depending on cloaking module
  12          +g     - Deny users not on your /ACCEPT list from messaging you and
  13                   inviting you to channels.
  14        ? +u     - Receive messages that would otherwise be filtered server side
  15                   based on content.
  16          +w     - Can see oper wallops.
  17        ? +C     - Prevents you from receiving CTCPs other than ACTION.
  18          +D     - Deaf - ignores all channel messages.
  19          +G     - Deny users not on your /ACCEPT list and not in a channel
  20                   with you from messaging you and inviting you to channels.
  21                   This is a softer form of +g.
  22        ? +I     - Hides your WHOIS idle time and prevents you seeing the idle
  23                   time of other users.
  24          +Q     - Prevents you from being affected by channel forwarding.
  25          +R     - Prevents unidentified users that you have not accepted from
  26                   messaging you.
  27          +Z     - Is connected via SSL (cannot be set or unset).
