   1 Syntax:  top10 [channel] [type] [number]
   2 Example: top10 #feds
   3 Lists the 10 most active staff members / operators for the channel.
   4 Type can be opers (default) or staff.
   5 If the number parameter is included, top10 lists that number of top stats
   6 for the channel. The value of number can vary between [10, 50].
