2 Example: dnmo CS^kiddie
3 dnmo (DoNotMessageOpers) is meant to be used with the H queue system.
4 When used, the target is set to the last position on any channels where he/she is on queue.
5 Target is also sent a message explaining the error of his/her lame behaviour.
