helpmod2/commands/ticket

   1 Syntax:  ticket channel [nick1] [expiration] [message]
   2 Example: ticket #feds user
   3 Gives the user an invite ticket for the channel.
   4 With the ticket, the user can use the invite command to get to the channel.
   5 Ticket expiration time is optional.
   6 Message is optional but must be defined as a string with a custom expiration time.
