Fixed the monsters<->master correlations... the master's stats for your level
match the average of the next level's monsters. The game is more realistic now
because if you beat your master, you should be able to beat the next level's
monsters.

Fixed a bug in do_register that was not adding players to the lists correctly.
Pointers for the clients and players list were not the same memory address, so
List::Find() was not finding newly registered players if referenced by their
IRC aClient... also a waste of memory.

Added a loop that makes gameserv reload if disconnected. It gives 3 attempts until giving up. Once gameserv is reloaded, the attempts restart.

Implemented a hashing algorithm for extremely fast searches. aClients are now placed in two arrays of 1999 linked lists, and new additions are hashed into new linked lists based on their nickname for clients, and player name for players.

P10 is now functional. The game is playable, but it does not display text nicknames yet... just numerics.
