Apparently, code/preformatted text surrounded in three backticks is an extra
markdown feature supported by GitHub and others, but not part of the core
Markdown "spec" so didn't work here.

I think it makes sense to list all the ports together, so it's immediately
obvious which ones are plain text and which are SSL, and for easy copy & paste.

I don't really like the fact it leaves the SSL ones duplicated in the SSL
section right below, though - if that irks others, maybe it could be re-worded
to e.g. "offers SSL access on the SSL ports noted above" or something.

SASL irssi: add /network to old-version steps

Old-version irssi SASL will usually work without a /network add because a "freenode" network already exists on most distro default configs, but won't work with a blank config. This happened in #freenode today, so adding it to documentation.

Warn about broken links on WP entry header

People keep complaining in #freenode about links on decade-old blog posts being broken. One "easy win" for this is warning about that in the header; long-term there should be a redirect or old posts should be edited to point to an informative interstitial page, but this is better than nothing.

certfp: Add -nodes to the openssl commandline

It disables passphrase support.

At least hexchat, weechat and ZNC don't support this (haven't tested
others), and irssi does, but the passphrase is stored in plaintext in
the config, making it pointless. And the instructions below don't
mention the parameter to add the passphrase (-ssl_pass)
