  30 This is a complete set of modulair services for ircu u2.10.12.10+snircd(1.3.4)
  31 So far it includes:
  32 O: Services Core: it can load/unload and rehash the modules.

  37       G: Game Service: It has a few games built in and can be easely expanded.
  38       H: Help Service: It can issue tickets for help channels, and has a queue
  39          system.
  40       M: Memo Service.
  41       Q: Channel & Oper Service: It has all functions needed for user to
  42          authenticate and manage their channels. It also has an extensive
  43          set of oper commands.
  44       R: Request Service: It can be used to request Q and S.
  45       S: Spamscan: It will scan channels for spam & advertising and will take
  46          appropriate action against malicious persons.
  47       T: Trojanscan Module: It scans users against bot patterns.
  48   Tutor: Tutorial Service: can give automated tutorials to a channel.
