1. About
========

This is a complete set of modulair services for ircu u2.10.12.10+snircd(1.3.4)
So far it includes:
O: Services Core: it can load/unload and rehash the modules.

  1.1. Modules
  ------------

      G: Game Service: It has a few games built in and can be easely expanded.
      H: Help Service: It can issue tickets for help channels, and has a queue
         system.
      M: Memo Service.
      Q: Channel & Oper Service: It has all functions needed for user to
         authenticate and manage their channels. It also has an extensive
         set of oper commands.
      R: Request Service: It can be used to request Q and S.
      S: Spamscan: It will scan channels for spam & advertising and will take 
         appropriate action against malicious persons.
      T: Trojanscan Module: It scans users against bot patterns.
  Tutor: Tutorial Service: can give automated tutorials to a channel.    
      V: vHost Service.
      X: Stats Service.
