  36  /msg ChanServ SET #Channel FOUNDER YourNick

  38 Once you do that you will be able to change the access list of any channel,
  39 Of course make sure you see and take notice of who is the real owner of the
  40 room before you do that so that you can put it back to the state it was
  41 before you changed it. And you need to be a services admin to do that I
  42 believe.

  53   I'm using ircservices-4.5.7. The doubt is: if I'm services root or
  54 services admin, could I add users to any access list of any channel?  If
  55 yes... then exists a bug because I'm services root and I've joined a chan
  56 where I'm not ircop and performed that: /chanserv access #banidos add userx
