| 38 | Once you do that you will be able to change the access list of any channel, | |
| 39 | Of course make sure you see and take notice of who is the real owner of the | |
| 40 | room before you do that so that you can put it back to the state it was | |
| 41 | before you changed it. And you need to be a services admin to do that I | |

| 53 | I'm using ircservices-4.5.7. The doubt is: if I'm services root or | |
| 54 | services admin, could I add users to any access list of any channel? If | |
| 55 | yes... then exists a bug because I'm services root and I've joined a chan | |
| 56 | where I'm not ircop and performed that: /chanserv access #banidos add userx | |
