   3 When no [option] is given, ircd will re-read the
   4 ircd.conf file.

   6 [option] can be one of the following:
   7   BANS     - Re-reads kline/dline/resv/xline database
   8   DNS      - Re-read the /etc/resolv.conf file
   9   HELP     - Re-reads help files
  10   MOTD     - Re-reads MOTD file
  11   NICKDELAY - Clears delayed nicks
  12   OMOTD    - Re-reads Oper MOTD file
  13   REJECTCACHE - Clears the reject cache
  14   SSLD     - Restarts the ssld processes
  15   TDLINES  - Clears temporary D Lines
  16   THROTTLES - Clears throttled IP addresses
  17   TKLINES  - Clears temporary K Lines
  18   TRESVS   - Clears temporary nick and channel resvs
  19   TXLINES  - Clears temporary X Lines

  21 - Requires Oper Priv: oper:rehash

  23 REHASH [option] irc.server

  25 Rehashes [option], or the config file if none given, on irc.server if
  26 irc.server accepts remote rehashes.
