   9          +i     - Designates this client 'invisible'.
  10          +g     - "caller id" mode only allow accept clients to message you
  11          +w     - Can see oper and server wallops.
  12        ? +h     - Has a cloaked host. May be +x depending on cloaking module
  13          +o     - Designates this client is an IRC Operator.
  14                   Use the /oper command to attain this.
  15        * +a     - Is marked as a server admin in whois.
  16        * +l     - Can see oper locops (local wallops).
  17        * +s     - Can see server notices (see /quote help snomask).
  18        * +z     - Can see operwalls.
  19        ? +C     - Prevents you from receiving CTCPs other than ACTION.
  20          +D     - Deaf - ignores all channel messages.
  21          +Q     - Prevents you from being affected by channel forwarding.
  22          +R     - Prevents unidentified users that you have not accepted from
  23                   messaging you.
  24          +Z     - Is connected via SSL (cannot be set or unset).
