   1 LIST [#channel]|[modifiers]

   3 Without any arguments, LIST will give an entire list of all
   4 channels which are not set as secret (+s). The list will be in
   5 the form:

   7   <#channel> <amount of users> :[topic]

   9 If an argument supplied is a channel name, LIST will give just
  10 the statistics for the given channel.

  12 Modifiers are also supported, seperated by a comma:
  13   <n - List channels with less than n users
  14   >n - List channels with more than n users
  15   C<n - List channels created in the last n minutes
  16   C>n - List channels older than n minutes
  17   T<n - List channels whose topics have changed in the
  18         last n minutes
  19   T>n - List channels whose topics were last changed
