   7   BANS     - Re-reads kline.conf, dline.conf, resv.conf and xline.conf
   8   DNS      - Re-read the /etc/resolv.conf file
   9   HELP     - Re-reads help files
  10   MOTD     - Re-reads MOTD file
  11   NICKDELAY - Clears delayed nicks
  12   OMOTD    - Re-reads Oper MOTD file
  13   REJECTCACHE - Clears the reject cache
  14   TDLINES  - Clears temporary D Lines
  15   TKLINES  - Clears temporary K Lines
  16   TRESVS   - Clears temporary nick and channel resvs
  17   TXLINES  - Clears temporary X Lines
