   1 OJOIN [@|+]<#channel>

   3 -- This commands allows opers to join a channel through bans and many cmodes.
   4 This command bypasses bans and cmodes +i, +k, +r, +J, +S, +l to allow
   5 opers to join any channel. If the channel name is prefixed with @ or +,
   6 you will join that channel and have ops or voice, respectively.
