  11   MOTD     - Re-reads MOTD file
  12   NICKDELAY - Clears delayed nicks
  13   OMOTD    - Re-reads Oper MOTD file
  14   PGLINES  - Clears pending G Lines
  15   REJECTCACHE - Clears the reject cache
  16   TDLINES  - Clears temporary D Lines
  17   TKLINES  - Clears temporary K Lines
  18   TRESVS   - Clears temporary nick and channel resvs
  19   TXLINES  - Clears temporary X Lines
