   1 DLINE [duration] <ip> :[reason]

   3 Adds a DLINE to the ircd.conf or klines.conf file
   4 which will deny any connections from the IP address
   5 of the banned client.  The banned client will receive
   6 a message saying he/she is banned with reason [reason]

   8 Duration is optional, and is in minutes.
