Last SGML update

Updated the challenge document with everything xyst found.
  Writing the numerics documentation for challenge is left for me to do.
Added xyst's challenge script, it's SGML included into the processed challenge
  documents.
Added the currently needed images used by processed SGML documents
Added a $Id$ to challenge.irc so that I can commit it.

This is an intermediate step, the document is not finished, and the inclusion
  of challenge.irc may be removed.

Corrections and updates to the Cygwin document.

The website has been updated with the generated txt and html output

Updated the server hide document to take into account the change to the
flattened LINKS display with hide_server, *.split instead of a.server.on...

Updated SGML source of INSTALL with Andro's changes

No longer document Linux SigIO as experimental

Update to INSTALL, reference convertklines

Hybrid 7 no longer requires 'column' to build, just to update the index
files.  Document as such

Updates to the CHALLENGE/Response document:
Netscape 4.x cannot handle ™ as an entity.  Changed all of those to
  use © (and documented)
HTML (and text) was fine with two sidebars right after one another.  The print
  DSSSL spreadsheets don't look so nice...Merged the two sidebars into one
  coherent one.
Referenced the current location of the RSA Respond source, binaries, WinRespond
  source and binaries, and a screenshot of the WinRespond binary.

This *will* need a proofreading!

Updates to the Cygwin document, reference the cygwin port of 'column'

Updated .cvsignore lists (ignore all TeX stream output)
Add a framework of the numerics reference...I started on what the actual data
  will be, but it is far from complete.  This will be the most complicated
  doc we have
Added another pair of (kludge)scripts, one to generate RTF output, and one
  to generate TeX output (used to format PDF and PostScript, as well as DVI
  files)
Added a <dollar>Id</dollar> to the HTML/txt generation (kludge)script

We're getting into some interesting times...

Update to the Cygwin compilation guide; includes instructions on adding
optional modules into the static binary (useful anywhere static modules are
used, including ircd's compiled for secure operation).

Added the basic Cygwin instruction guide

Updates for the LUSERS and USERS corrections

Added an early version of the rewritten LazyLinks protocol reference.

Update to the server hide reference:  QS/non-QS possible issues (I will test
  tomorrow to find out exactly what leaks are possible), corrections of some
  vague text.

Update to the CHALLENGE/Response Docs

Added .cvsignore's to the SGML directories in docs/
This allows cvs to bypass all of the generated .txt and .html files
Do not use these directories for text only documents, and do not use
these .cvsignore files for directories that will contain text only
documents.

Updated the EFServ README a little

cintro.txt was a Windows style text file, converted.

Created a README file for EFserv.  It is still incomplete, due to parts of the
code that I don't understand or am unable to follow.

Imported the basic SGML documentation files

Updated numerics.txt some more (including fixing a discrepency)
Did part one of the "pruning" of the source tree, as discussed on the

I will be able to work on this is.

Added an early revision of the numerics guide.  It's FAR from complete,
but is added so that it doesn't get lost and so people can verify as
I finish pieces
