   1 This is the command you must use to register your nickname with <S as a player.
   2 You provide a password, and <S responds by telling you that you are registered.
   3 \ 2\1fWrite down your password!\1f\ 2
   4 Passwords are encrypted and stored in the player data file.
   5 This encryption can not be reversed.
   6 In other words: If you lose your password, there is no way to get it back.
   7 SYNTAX: \ 2REGISTER\ 2 \ 2\1fname\1f\ 2 \ 2\1fpassword\1f\ 2
   8 Example: /msg <S \ 2REGISTER\ 2 \ 2\1fKiller\1f\ 2 \ 2\1ffakepass\1f\ 2
