Lists the current players in the realm and their IRC Nicknames.
Just /msg %S LIST lists all players currently logged in.
/msg %S LIST ALL lists all existing players.
SYNTAX: \ 2LIST\ 2 [\ 2\1fALL\1f\ 2]
Example: /msg %S \ 2LIST\ 2
Example: /msg %S \ 2LIST\ 2 \ 2ALL\ 2
