  12     LIST    -    Lists all users that match.
  13     UINFO   -    Retrieves UINFO for all users that match. %BWARNING%B May flood you off.
  14     MSG     -    Sends a NOTICE from OperServ to the users. Message is not optional. (DUH)
  15     FJOIN   -    Force-Join to a channel.
  16     KILL    -    Kill the users. Reason is optional, but recommended.
  17     KLINE   -    G:Line the users. Reason is optional, but recommended.
