   1 \ 2MemoServ\ 2 is a utility allowing IRC users to send short
   2 messages to other IRC users, whether they are online at
   3 the time or not. Both sender and recipient must have
   4 their nicknames registered with \ 2NickServ\ 2 in order to
   5 send a memo.

  11 SEND    - Send a memo to a nick/channel
  12 CSEND   - Send a channel memo to higher access levels
  13 LIST    - List all of your memos
  14 READ    - Read a memo
  15 DEL     - Set Delete flag for a memo (or all memos)
  16 UNDEL   - Remove the delete flag for a memo (or all memos)
  17 UNSEND  - Retrieve a memo sent to a user
  18 PURGE   - Erase all marked memos as deleted
  19 FORWARD - Have memos forwarded to another registered nick
  20 MARK    - MARK a memo that you do not want to expire
  21 UNMARK  - UNMARK a memo that you do not want to expire
  22 NEWS    - Recent news and information about network
  23 SET     - Set options related to memos
