   1 Syntax: \ 2CSEND #<chan> [\1fAOP\1f|\1fSOP\1f|\1fCF\1f] <message>\ 2

   3 This command will send a channel memo to only the
   4 higher channel access users.
   5 Selections:  AOP = Will send to all AOP/SOP/CF
   6              SOP = Will only send to SOP and Co-Founders
   7               CF = Will only send to Channel Founders
   8 * Note:  The Founder receives memos from any selection.
   9          Also, selecting ALL or AVOICE will just send
  10          a general channel memo.

  12 EX: /MSG MemoServ CSEND #mychan SOP hello all

  14 The Above example will send "hello all" to the
  15 channel's Super-Ops, Co-Founders and Founder.
