   8   PASSWORD       Set the channel password
   9   DESC           Set the channel description
  10   OPGUARD        Stricter control of chanop status
  11   SPLITOPS       Let anyone keep ops from a netsplit
  12   VERBOSE        Notify chanops on command usage
  13   NEVEROP        Make a channel opless
  14   WELCOMEINCHAN  Puts WELCOME messages into the channel.
  15                      This flag doesn't do what you think it does.
  16                      Don't use it.
  17   AUTOVOICE      Voices everyone who joins the channel.
  18   BANTYPE        Selects the ban-type to be used for KICKBAN and AKICKs

  20 Oper only flags:
  21   HOLD         Prevent channel from expiring
  22   FREEZE       Suspend access in this channel
  23   BOTSTAY      Make the bot stay in the channel when empty.
  24   LOG          Tells LogServ to join and log the channel.
