   1 %BBotServ SET%B sets flags on bots.

   3   PRIVATE   - defaults to on. Set it off to make a bot public.
   4   DEAF      - Sets a bot to have umode +d, thus will not receive
   5               channel messages. Mostly useful to reduce load.
   6               Deaf bots will not be able to be used for
   7               any kind of badword kicking.
