  46      This release of version 5.0 changes the behavior of the ChanServ
  47 DEPROTECT command.  Previously, this command would remove channel owner
  48 mode (e.g., +q on Unreal) in addition to channel protection mode (+a);
  49 however, it was pointed out that this has the potential to be abused by
  50 malicious users with sufficient privileges, so the DEPROTECT command now
  51 leaves channel owner mode alone.

  53      As usual, I recommend upgrading to version 5.1, but if you are
  54 continuing to use version 5.0, you may want to consider upgrading to
  55 5.0.64.
