35 foo -- if ircd thinks the channel isn't empty, but services does -- if
36 you forget the password, you can no longer CS INVITE yourself past
37 that key (least, I think that's the situation I encountered. Bans is a
38 problem you'd have, also -- as well as mlocking +l and trying to CS
