  40 even Neostats 2.5 series had the same problem along with any services that
  41 introduce a number of Pseudo Clients, so session exceptions must have been
  42 added for them if they were connected.

  44 the problem is finding out what are U-lined servers, as U-lines are not
  45 propagated by most IRCd's. The only real solution is adding an entry to the
  46 OperServ Exceptions list exempting the hosts used by the Pseudo Clients.
