  41 I know Bahamut has the +O mode too. On my network we don't have local
  42 opers, so I haven't tried getting around it. I am guessing it would
  43 suffer from the same problem, though.

  45 The only way to deal with it would be for the local IRC server to kick
  46 out any non-opers when the modes were resynched - it shouldn't be up to
