39 Yes, it does. If you check your IRC server (and you should get
40 relevant server notices if you're an operator), you'll see that no AKILLs
41 (or GLINEs, depending on what IRC server you're using) are being added to
42 the server itself, and Services is simply issuing a KILL every time the
43 user connects. You should also find a notice in your ircservices.log to
44 the effect that AKILLs/GLINEs cannot be added because autokill exclusions
45 are enabled.
