  46      The main reason for this release is to fix a crash that occurs when a
  47 Services administrator tries to use the NickServ UNLINK FORCE command on a
  48 nickname that has no links.  This problem is limited to Services
  49 administrators, so the actual denial-of-service threat is limited, but all
  50 users are recommended to upgrade to this release as soon as possible.
