  36 Hi all, in our net we have some problems with theese situations. The first
  37 one and the second are the baddest(they make crash the services!)

  46 3) An AOP user using Chanserv (/cs deop) is able to deop a SOP user and also
  47 a Founder! So +a and +q don't works good.Instead we notice that the
  48 procedure for /cs kick is correct ana an AOP can't kick a SOP or a Founder.
