  34 <PRE>I just noticed an error in my own source... If ngi-&gt;email and
  35 target_ngi-&gt;email are the same the link should be allowed (as there is no
  36 way for the nicknames with target_ngi's email to exceed the NSRegEmailMax
  37 after the link, and if they do this would be a bug...).. So if the two
  38 emails are the same either the link should be allowed, OR the &gt;= should be
  39 replaced with &gt; and a BUG to be logged...
