  41 Why?  OperServ MODE and KICK do exactly the same thing that you want.
  42 The only difference between an OperServ MODE and ChanServ MODE that I can

  53 What for?  I can understand Services Admins maybe sometime needing to change

  55 settings, would it not be far easier to change the 'SET *' commands so it

  57 if the user issuing the command is a Services Admin.  Services Opers IMO

  59 this kind of ability or perhaps defined as a Config File Option if it is
