  38      The Spanish language file hasn't been updated in a long time, and
  39 seems to have been corrupted at some point.  I'll see what I can do to
  40 fix it, but keep in mind that even if it is fixed, a lot of the messages
  41 will be in English because they haven't been translated.

  44 </I>&gt;<i>channels later. They don't appear in a /LIST command and if a try a
  45 </I>&gt;<i>/join #RegisteredChannel, the ircd gives me a new channel but not the
  46 </I>&gt;<i>one i've registered via ChanServ. It looks like if my ircd doesn't know
  47 </I>&gt;<i>anything about my registered channels.

  49      This is the way IRC works.  Registering a channel only tells
  50 Services what to do when people are using the channel; if no one is
  51 using a channel, then it will not show up in /LIST.
