  38      Just for the record, these appear when ChanServ autokicks a user from a
  39 channel during a netburst before receiving the MODE part of the netburst.
  40 I will be looking to see if there is a good way to avoid that (such as
  41 holding all processing until after the netburst) for version 5.0.
