  41      This release fixes a bug that has lingered in the source since
  42 version 3.0.0 (over three years ago!) and apparently was the cause of
  43 the random crashes some high-load networks have seen.  Those who are
  44 running 4.5pre*, please test this version ASAP and report any problems;
  45 due to the nature of this bug I'd like to get it out as an official
  46 release soon.  Also fixed are the ChanServ behavior with respect to
  47 AUTOOP (apparently I misremembered the old behavior and broke it
  48 somewhere), the infinite loop in StatServ, and a couple other things.
