  34 <PRE>I've just noticed that chanserv doesn't set any topics at all. In past
  35 versions of unreal it has been able to. Maybe this can be reported to
  36 unreal's dev team as a bug?

  38 What version of Unreal are you using ? Since I got 4.5pre0 I have not had
  39 any more problems with ChanServ and topics , You should get Unreal3.1.1
  40 other versions of Unreal are not supported at all Andrew is just
  41 experiencing with Unreal3.1.1
