56 I simply took out the 19 and changed the formatting to %04d, then added
57 1900 to the year. I'm guessing this is going to affect a lot of people using
58 services who are using dalnet-compatable ircds. I wrote a little patch
59 yesterday for some server admins who wanted to fix the bug without
60 messing in their source code.
