  34 <PRE>IRC Services version 4.3 has been released. There are no changes since
  35 4.3pre4 apart from updated Portuguese and Italian language files. This means
  36 that only English, Portuguese and Italian languages are up to date. German,
  37 and hopefully the other languages, will be included and up to date in the
  38 next release.
