  45      At last, the first draft of the technical manual (docs/tech/index.html)
  46 is complete!  The manual should provide guidance to future developers, and
  47 has also brought to my attention a number of problems with the current code,
  48 some of which have been fixed in this version and the rest of which will be
  49 addressed in future alpha releases.

  56 2006/12/08      Merged section 6 of the user's manual (on adding features
  57                     to Services) into the technical manual.
