  35 should be obvious from the comment, the usual default entry is missing.
  36 I.e. no CSForbidShortChannel or #CSForbidShortChannel following the comment.

  38 SQLine and SGline are missing 'examples' using &quot;%s&quot; which are usually
  39 included for such directives.

  41 One of the previous services updates changed some *akill* directives to
  42 *autokill*. Not sure if you want to apply the same naming convention to
  43 them. Only five directives now remain that use akill rather than autokill:
  44 KillClonesAkill, ImmediatelySendAkill, WallOSAkill, WallAkillExpire and
  45 SessionLimitAkill.
