  46 This release adds SUSPEND to the set of commands disallowed by the
  47 NSSecureAdmins configuration directive for use on Services administrators.
  48 A new configuration directive, NoAdminPasswordCheck, has also been added
  49 to disable password strength checks when Services administrators use SET
  50 PASSWORD or ChanServ REGISTER.  (This can be used to avoid multiple global
  51 messages for SET PASSWORD when an administrator tries to set a password
  52 that is regarded as &quot;too weak&quot;.  Of course, it's better to educate your
  53 administrators on choosing good passwords.)
