  34 <PRE>With SECUREOPS turned on for a channel, anytime someone is voiced,
  35 ChanServ explicitly removes modes the user didn't actually have. For

  43 occurs in channels where SECUREOPS is enabled. Turning it off disables
  44 this activity, but this is obviously not a solution since the intended
  45 functionality of SECUREOPS is also disabled.

  47 Additionally, when someone with authorization for higher modes is
  48 devoiced, the following occurs:

  55 There's not really any negative side effects to this, apart from extra
  56 mode-change lines that apparently are bothering the users involved.
