  46      Since the release of 5.1.2, I've performed a full review of the
  47 Services code base for similar problems, and corrected three bugs with
  48 the potential to crash Services.  In decreasing order of severity, they
  49 are:

  51     - A possible crash that can be triggered by any user if the
  52       CSEnableRegister configuration option is not set (i.e., channel
  53       registration is disabled).

  55     - A certain crash that can be triggered by an IRC operator with
  56       Services operator privileges.
  57
  58     - A possible crash that can be unintentionally triggered by an IRC
  59       operator with Services administrator privileges when using the
  60       NickServ SETAUTH command.

  62      For typical configurations, none of these are as severe as the bug
  63 that was fixed in 5.1.2; nonetheless, I recommend upgrading to 5.1.3 at
  64 your earliest convenience.  Once again, I offer my sincere apologies for
  65 any disruption these bugs may have caused.
