  48      This release fixes a critical bug accidentally uncovered in the last
  49 release which causes Services to crash on networks with two or more
  50 servers.  Two new options, NickServ NOOP and ChanServ MEMO-RESTRICTED,
  51 have also been added.

  54 for the past week or so; if you sent a message to one of the lists and it
  55 doesn't appear within a day or two, try sending it again.
