  37 Lets say i'm a founder on a channel..
  38 I dont want channel ops to give op status but i want some times (lets
  39 say when all ops are inactive) to give +h to some people.
  40 Halfops can not do much damage to the channel so ops (and i) dont have
  41 to trust them 100%.
  42 I think it will be useful for many users (founders) out there..
