  46      The behavior of the SECUREOPS channel option has been changed in this
  47 release to prevent unprivileged users from being given +a (protection) mode
  48 in addition to +o and +h.  convert-db has also been updated to work with
  49 Anope 1.7 databases (hopefully--I did find one change to the OperServ
  50 database format, which I've accounted for in this release).
