  46      This release is to implement the change suggested a little while ago
  47 regarding channel expiration; channels will no longer expire if at least
  48 one auto-op user is in the channel (and identified so that they have
  49 auto-op privileges).  As a side effect, ChanServ INFO will now display the
  50 current time in the &quot;last used&quot; field if an auto-op user is in the channel.
  51 I have also added a new section to the documentation (section 3-2-3)
  52 detailing the rules for channel expiration, to hopefully avoid future
  53 confusion and/or spark debate on better ways to handle expiration.

  59                     by CSExpire after the last such user leaves the channel.
